Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.

Andy provided the correct answer for yesterday's Queue. And let me tell you, he's right.

Except the Pink Ranger. I had such a crush on her ...

Shrinknet asked:

What level does my fishing need to be in order to catch Cata-level fish, and can I reach it with bonus items?

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

I can't explain why, but last night on Twitter I went on an Animorphs nostalgia trip and took most of my followers down Reminiscence Lane with me. Eventually the discussion devolved into a debate over which animorph was the best. I think we need to settle this in the most relevant place possible: a World of Warcraft blog.

Personally, I'm going with Rachel. If you choose anybody but Rachel, you're wrong and should feel bad about yourself.

The Queue: Happy New Year

Posted by: WoW Insider | Comments (0)

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.

A big thank-you to all of our readers and friends for your love and support in 2011. Happy new year, and may 2012 bring you great joy and Asian-themed epics!

Jack Spicer asked:

When you send emails to users, like for example to say that they've won a 12 days of Christmas prize, what address would the email come from? I want to make sure that I'm not blocking your email communications.

The winners of our Winter Veil giveaways will most likely be contacted either from alexziebart at gmail dot com or alex at wowinsider dot com.

The Queue: Big bugs

Posted by: WoW Insider | Comments (0)

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.

No, not ... not that kind of bug. The other kind.

Rhuarc asked:

Quick question for readers and writers of the Queue... What's your favorite (harmless/non-game-breaking) bug in game? I'm talking about the silly little bugs that have no effect at all on the game itself, but manage to elicit a chuckle or even a full on "lol" from you when they happen?

Honestly, my favorite bug isn't recent at all, and I'm not even sure it exists anymore. It's from launch-era WoW, and it went a little something like this: If you jammed on your strafe keys, moving back and forth mostly in place, you could get your character to stay in one frame of their strafing animation while you moved, and it persisted until you jumped. You could slide around the room like you were ice skating. It was fun. I think it was client-side only, so nearby adventurers couldn't see it, but I could, and it was fun.

My second-favorite bug is easily, easily the Booty Bay Death Grip Wormhole.

The Queue: Double dog dare

Posted by: WoW Insider | Comments (0)

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mike Sacco will be your host today.

Man, imagine how embarrassed you'd be if you reached out to pet the dog on the throw instead! Could you ever live it down? No. No, you could not.

Puntable asked:

My Rogue forgot to spend his VP and today he had 4300 VP. I thought VP capped a 4000. What is the VP cap now, and was it recently changed?

Good question! Valor points have a weekly cap of 1,000, but there's no limit to the number of points you can actually amass at any given time. Conquest points work the same way. Justice points are the only points with that 4k cap. It didn't make a whole lot of sense to cap VP anyway -- while JP accrue really quickly, it takes a while to accumulate enough VP to buy a piece of gear.

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.

I don't have any pictures of my cat handy today, but here's some furry feet still.

Plus I don't think The Queue has run The Hobbit trailer, and I think that's the sort of thing we're obligated to do.

Tyler asked:

Is there any reason why Deathwing wouldn't have just gone to Outland to destroy it as well? I think the dark portal is still open. So why not go there after he destroys Azeroth? Has his insanity caused him to overlook the opportunity to destroy what's left of outland?

The Queue: Cat picture

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Mathew McCurley (@gomatgo) will be your host for today.

Studies show that 98% of internet viewers cats cats cats cats cats cats.

Look, I answered some of your questions this morning. If the cats would stop being adorable, I could get some more work done.

thedoctor2031 asked:

It seems Blizzard is exclusively making heroic modes based off of a toggle switch. Do you guys think there is any chance that we will be seeing anything like Ulduar hard modes? I think my favorite were Sartharion, Flame Leviathan and Freya, because even though the hard modes weren't very complex to activate they had varying tiers of difficulty and allowed for multiple levels of progression. I wish Blizzard would go back to this idea, maybe even having various hard modes that influence the type of loot that drops. Maybe if you kill a boss a certain way, he drops trinkets, or healer gear. I don't know, I just think it would be interesting. Any thoughts?

Warlock tier 13.

Either Cthulhu took over or I'm stuck in one of those really, really strange anime.

Rhuarc asked:

Last night I was looking through guild perks and noticed they changed the name of the G-mail perk to Guild Mail. When did this happen? And have their ever been other changes like this in game, where a witty pop culture reference is suddenly changed, if so what and when?

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

Today's edition of The Queue is going to be another short one. Right on the heels of the holiday, there weren't a whole lot of questions to work with. But that means all of you will ask plenty of wonderful questions today so we can get back on track tomorrow, right? Right!

beruchan13 asked:

don't you think there's just too many red gem slots in the new tier of gear? I understand red slots make gear feel more powerful, but red slots are also for almost every class, with maybe the exception of tanks, the most boring slot since there's no choice to be made, your primary stat goes there, period. With so many red slots it starts to feel like a gold sink rather than an upgrade, as well as driving the price of red gems up the roof.

The Queue: Happy Winter Veil!

Posted by: WoW Insider | Comments (0)

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

Merry Christmas, everyone. It's very quiet in the proverbial WoW Insider offices today. I'm the only soul around, and the only sound in the air is the clickety-clack of my keyboard. That may seem a little depressing, but it isn't -- everybody is off enjoying themselves and grabbing some much-deserved rest and relaxation. It's a good thing.

Today's edition of The Queue is a bit short due to the holiday, but I'm sure you'll all forgive me, right?

Resurect asked:

With the events of the dragon soul, its safe to say that lorewise caverns of time is just a lair of bronze dragons now ? This means we will never see another time traveling dungeon again ?
Also Nozdurmu will now just grow old to be a nice guy without the risk of go "infinite" crazy ?
